Hiking to Whitney Lake | Holy Cross Wilderness

    May 6, 2022 /

Whitney Lake is a relatively short hike to a pretty and peaceful tree-lined lake. But be warned, it may be short but it is also steep almost the entire way! Makes for a quick descent. In the same parking area as Sulphur Works is the trailhead for the very beautiful Ridge Lakes. One is a roadside attraction and one is a mere two mile hike roundtrip but both are worthwhile destinations!
